About the role
GDCC – Global Data Collection Company is looking for Russian-speaking freelance Market Research Interviewers residing in Ukraine to support our market research projects.
In this role, you will conduct structured telephone or online interviews in Russian, using prepared questionnaires to collect opinions and information from research participants.
This position involves market research only. It does not involve sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or selling products or services.
No previous call center or market research experience is required. Selected candidates receive free training before starting live projects.
Responsibilities

• Conduct structured market research interviews by telephone or online.
  
• Follow prepared questionnaires and project instructions.
  
• Ask questions clearly, neutrally, and professionally.
  
• Record participant responses accurately.
  
• Maintain a respectful and professional communication style.
  
• Follow project-specific quality standards and data-collection procedures.
  
• Handle research information confidentially and in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
  

Training and onboarding
Selected candidates receive free training and an introduction to GDCC, the role, project procedures, quality standards, and the tools used to conduct interviews.
There are no charges for training or onboarding.
Contract arrangement
This is a project-based freelance opportunity. The contractual arrangement, payment terms, and responsibilities of each party will be explained before work begins.
Freelancers are responsible for applicable tax and other legal obligations according to their legal status and the laws that apply to their circumstances.
Engagement is subject to confirmation that the proposed contract and payment arrangements are available and appropriate for candidates residing in Ukraine.

Requirements

• Russian proficiency at C2 level required.
  
• Clear pronunciation and strong verbal communication skills.
  
• Basic English proficiency for training and communication with the internal team.
  
• Ability to work independently in a quiet environment with minimal background noise.
  
• Good typing skills and basic computer literacy.
  
• Reliable internet connection and suitable computer equipment.
  
• Availability for at least 16 hours per week, equivalent to four shifts. This is the minimum availability expected and does not guarantee a minimum number of paid hours.
  
• Availability for morning and/or afternoon shifts, depending on project requirements.
  
• Residence in Ukraine.
  
• Secondary education or equivalent practical experience.
  

Previous experience in call center, customer service, telephone interviewing, or market research is an advantage but is not required.
Equipment and working environment
Candidates must provide their own suitable computer or laptop, reliable internet connection, USB headset, and quiet working environment.
GDCC does not require candidates to purchase equipment from the company. Any project-specific technical requirements will be explained before onboarding.

Benefits

Compensation and payment

• Hourly rate: €8.00.
  
• Payments are made monthly.
  
• Payments are processed by GDCC through an agreed payment method, such as PayPal or bank transfer, subject to availability and the applicable payment arrangements.
  
• A €50 bonus is available after successful completion of the probation period, subject to the applicable bonus conditions.
  
• An additional €250 bonus is available after completing 250 working hours, subject to the applicable bonus conditions.
  
• Additional performance-based incentives may be offered for eligible projects. The relevant criteria will be communicated in advance.
  

The hourly rate is separate from bonuses and additional incentives. Bonus eligibility and payment conditions will be explained during recruitment.
No recruitment or payment fees
Applying for this position is completely free of charge. GDCC does not charge candidates application, recruitment, placement, training, onboarding, or payment fees.
