Role Overview

As a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, you will be instrumental in managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. This role is perfect for ambitious individuals who thrive on building relationships and driving results through phone and video communication. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through their insurance needs and securing their business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and video calls to introduce Farmers Insurance products and services.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our insurance offerings, addressing client questions and concerns.
• Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring all opportunities are pursued diligently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term loyalty.
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and forecast sales.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive compensation structure with a base salary plus commission, providing an earning potential of $75,000 to $150,000 USD annually, based on performance.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Must currently hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• To be 18 years of age or older.
• A mobile device with cellular data and home internet access.
• The ability to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance licensing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust over phone and video.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a sales pipeline.
