Associate Director for Operations

We are looking for an Associate Director for Operations to oversee operations, lead strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations leader with strong stakeholder management, change management, and team development expertise.

Work Setup: Temporary Work From Home (TWFH)
Location: Metro Manila, Cebu, and Pampanga
Schedule: Must be flexible to work shifting schedules, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-related course

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

• Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading stakeholders without direct authority

• Strong change management and leadership skills

• Proven experience in succession planning, coaching, and upskilling team members

• US Healthcare experience is preferred
