We’re seeking a self-directed individual to undertake marketing and client engagement activities within the personal development and leadership education sector.

This independent, remote role combines digital marketing, relationship building and sales-related conversations. It suits someone comfortable following a structured process while managing their own daily activities.

What you’ll do:

• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns using established systems.
  
• Respond to enquiries and speak with prospective clients about their goals and suitability.
  
• Guide suitable individuals through an established information and follow-up process.
  
• Maintain accurate records and consistent communication.
  
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development.
  

This is an independent, performance-based role.
Many begin part-time alongside existing commitments.

Requirements

• At least eight years of professional experience.
  
• A background in marketing, sales, client relationships, communications or business development.
  
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
  
• Willingness to undertake both marketing and sales-related activities.
  
• Ability to work independently, follow a structured process and manage your time.
  
• Capacity to commit approximately 15–20 hours per week.
  
• Reliable internet access, a computer and a phone.
  
• An interest in personal development and willingness to learn.
  
• Based in the USA or Canada.
  

This role is not suitable for students or those new to the workforce. Applicants should be comfortable with an independent, performance-based structure.
