Leader in the injection moulding sector for batteries and high-technology products, the ACCUMALUX Group operates production sites in Luxembourg and across Europe and employs more than 300 people.

To complete its management team at its Kockelscheuer site, ACCUMALUX is looking for its new:

HR Manager

Your Mission

As a true business partner to Management and reporting to the CFO, you will oversee the entire Human Resources function for the entities located in Luxembourg.

Supported by an HR Coordinator responsible for personnel administration, you will focus primarily on strategic HR matters.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Define and implement the HR policy in close cooperation with Management.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee development and retention, offboarding.
• Manage the payroll process in cooperation with the external payroll provider.
• Ensure compliance with legal labor law and collective bargaining obligations.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and the application of IATF standards.
• Manage the training plan and INFPC co-financing applications.
• Manage relations with the staff delegation, public authorities and external partners.
• Optimise the Human Resources Information System and produce relevant HR performance indicators.

Your Profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or an equivalent field.
• At least seven years of proven experience in a generalist HR role in Luxembourg, ideally within an industrial environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and local HR practices.
• Experience in recruitment, skills development, employee relations and management support.
• Strong command of IT tools and HR performance indicators.

Language Skills

Fluency in French and German, with a good command of English.
