CHEF

We are seeking a young, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Head Chef to take full ownership of our kitchen operations. This is an incredible opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to step up, showcase their creativity, and manage a complete daily food service in a beautiful, remote setting.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality breakfast and lunch menus, alongside a curated, set-menu style dinner service. Beyond cooking, you will run the kitchen as a business, managing everything from inventory to financial cost controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a chef in hospitality, lodge, or guesthouse
  
• environments.
  
• Strong culinary skills with excellent food presentation.
  
• Knowledge of stock control and kitchen administration.
  
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure.
  
• Self-motivated and hands-on.
  
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment.
  
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
