We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join a pharmacy located approximately 50 km east of Calgary city centre.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

CAD $124,700–$157,000/year

Equivalent to approximately $60–$75/hour based on 40 hours/week

Location premium: $10,400/year

Travel allowance: $2,020/year for candidates travelling from outside Strathmore

Short-Term Incentive Plan: up to 18% of regular earnings

Pension: 5% employer matching, eligible after 1 year

Standard health benefits

Paid sick time for full-time employees

🗓️ Schedule

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

Weekends: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

As Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations while providing excellent patient care and leading the pharmacy team.

What We're Looking For

Pharmacist licensed to practice in Alberta

2 years of Alberta experience as a Staff Pharmacist, OR

2 years of pharmacy management experience outside Alberta

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Patient-focused approach

Kroll experience is an asset
