Seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Human Services specialist to join a team dedicated to protecting the health, safety, and well-being of vulnerable populations in child residential, child day treatment, and mental health programs. This position goes beyond routine inspections and offers the opportunity to be actively involved in complex and meaningful situations. You may investigate alleged illegal operations, respond to critical incidents, and assist in the relocation of residents from non compliant or unsafe facilities. In these situations, you will collaborate with agencies, providers, and stakeholders to identify appropriate alternative placements and ensure continuity of care. This hands-on involvement allows you to influence outcomes directly and improve the lives of individuals in vulnerable circumstances.
Requirements
Valid Driver's License
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Effectively use computer equipment to generate weekly reports
Establish home office
Ability to travel throughout assigned territory
Minimum one year experience and Associate's Degree in Human Services related coursework
