Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer – Planning with strong expertise in Project Planning and Scheduling for Oil & Gas / Piping projects.

The candidate must have core Project Planning experience and hands-on expertise in project scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, resource planning, MIS, and project reporting using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

Note: Candidates from industries other than Oil & Gas / Piping will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules and baseline plans.
  
• Prepare project plans and schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  
• Monitor project progress and identify delays, deviations, and critical path activities.
  
• Perform delay analysis and prepare mitigation and recovery plans.
  
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors, and project teams.
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS.
  
• Monitor resource planning for manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  
• Support preparation of cash flow statements and job cost reports.
  
• Evaluate the impact of scope, resource, and schedule changes.
  
• Maintain planning documentation and support timely project completion.
  

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
  
• Minimum 10 years of core Project Planning experience
  
• Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas / Piping projects
  
• Strong expertise in Project Planning and Scheduling
  
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
  
• Experience in baseline planning, critical path analysis, progress monitoring, and delay analysis
  
• Experience in preparing MIS, progress reports, and planning documentation
