Role Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Blue Yonder WMS.
• Troubleshoot warehouse, integration, interface and application issues.
• Perform incident and problem management activities.
• Conduct RCA and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Support inbound, outbound, inventory and replenishment processes.
• Perform end-to-end testing and validate system changes.
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot production issues within SLA.
• Monitor BY WMS application performance and resolve system issues.
• Deploy Blue Yonder patches and support product-related queries.
• Guide support teams and provide super-user training when required
