Senior Consultant – Depositary Control, Alternative Investment Funds (PERE)

As part of our development, we are looking for several qualified profiles to join our client's dedicated team. In particular, we are seeking several senior consultants to strengthen our teams and take part in depositary control activities for PERE (Private Equity Real Estate) funds.

? Responsibilities

• Analysis, monitoring and reconciliation of alternative asset portfolios
  
• Review of transactions and investment documentation upstream
  
• Monitoring of investment structures down to the underlying assets
  
• Identification and analysis of financial flows (cash flows, income, distributions)
  
• Performance of first-level controls under AIFMD regulation
  
• Management of client interactions and handling of complex requests
  
• Contribution to the improvement of internal tools, controls and procedures
  

? Profile Sought

• Proven experience in depositary control, middle office or audit of alternative funds (Private Equity, real estate, infrastructure, etc.)
  
• Good understanding of the financial and legal aspects of funds
  
• Analytical skills, rigor and strong organizational sense
  
• Team spirit and ability to take initiative

• Very good command of Excel and office tools
  
• Fluent English required (another language is a plus)
