Role Overview

You are the face of The Home Advocate Group, directly engaging with potential clients. You'll be responsible for identifying needs, presenting compelling solutions, and guiding customers through the entire sales journey. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, a resilient spirit, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• Engage Directly: Initiate conversations and build immediate rapport with homeowners through face-to-face interactions, networking, and door-to-door canvassing.

• Master the Pitch: Deliver clear, persuasive presentations of our services, effectively highlighting benefits and value.

• Problem Solve & Negotiate: Skillfully read customer needs, ask insightful qualifying questions, and negotiate terms to secure agreements.

• Drive Activity: Maintain a high level of self-driven daily activity, consistently seeking out new opportunities and managing your territory effectively.

• Close Deals: Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to signing the contract.

• Adapt and Overcome: Handle objections with confidence and grace, maintaining a positive attitude even when faced with rejection.

• Travel: Be comfortable traveling to meet clients and manage your sales territory.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Sales Skills: An understanding of how to navigate conversations to build rapport and close deals.

• Exceptional Communication: The ability to build instant rapport, deliver a concise and persuasive pitch, and handle objections gracefully.

• Resilience: A thick skin is essential to thrive amid frequent rejection while maintaining high energy and a positive attitude.

• People Reading Skills: The ability to quickly read people, understand their needs, and tailor your approach accordingly.

• Negotiation Prowess: Skill in negotiating effectively to book solid appointments and close deals.

• Self-Motivation & Discipline: The entrepreneurial mindset to work independently and consistently hit daily targets.

• Physical Comfort: Comfort with extended walking in various weather conditions.

• Enthusiasm: Genuine enthusiasm to turn cold interactions into warm opportunities.

Compensation & Perks

• 100% Uncapped Commission
• Top performers consistently earn between $150,000 and $250,000 annually
• You earn 25% of net profit on every job, averaging between $10-12k profit for every roofing job (and that’s just roofing - there’s also earning potential in siding, gutters, etc.)
• Monthly team outings (ex. golf events, steak dinners, comedy shows) - regardless of performance, you're invited!
• End-of-the-year incentive trip - if you hit 100 jobs/year we take you and your family to an exotic destination for 7 days all-inclusive (past trips include Costa Rica and the Bahamas)
