Senior HVAC Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to manage HVAC project execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance across commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The role involves site management, team leadership, client coordination, quality control, and ensuring projects are delivered as per specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning of chillers, VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and ventilation systems
  
• Review drawings, technical submissions, and coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and MEP teams
  
• Plan site activities, monitor project progress, and coordinate HVAC material procurement
  
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NBC, SMACNA, and project standards
  
• Manage testing, balancing, commissioning, documentation, and project handover
  
• Lead Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians while monitoring workforce productivity and safety
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  
• 5-8 years of experience in HVAC project execution within MEP contracting
  
• Strong experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, data centers, industrial, and residential projects
  
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
  
• Experience in quantity take-offs, billing, project documentation, and reporting
  
• Strong team management, client coordination, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  
• HVAC certification will be an added advantage
  
• Willingness to travel and work across project locations as required
