Archer Production Support Specialist - Windows, IIS, SQL, Ansible, Dynatrace

Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)

Role Descriptions:

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Archer Production Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support for our Archer application in a production environment. This role combines hands-on application expertise with infrastructure management to ensure optimal system performance and rapid issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support:

Monitor and maintain Archer application health; troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime

Deployment Management:

Execute production deployments during off-business hours; coordinate with development teams on release schedules

Infrastructure Management:

Support Windows Server environments and manage IIS configurations to ensure system stability

Database Administration:

Optimize and maintain SQL databases; perform routine maintenance and performance tuning

Incident & Change Management:

Follow ITIL best practices for incident response and change control; manage service tickets through resolution

Monitoring & Alerting:

Utilize Dynatrace, Slack, Watchdog, and Stone Branch tools to proactively identify and respond to issues

Automation:

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting and Python to streamline operational tasks

Documentation:

Maintain confluence documentation for procedures, runbooks, and system configurations

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in production application support
Strong Archer application knowledge (development, deployment, and issue resolution)
Windows Server and IIS administration experience
SQL database knowledge and experience
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Slack, Watchdog, Stone Branch)
Scripting experience (Shell and Python)
Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident and Change Management)
Experience with Ansible, Helios, and Confluence tools

Work Schedule & Availability

Office-based: 4 days per week on-site
On-call Support: Available for production deployments and urgent issues outside standard business hours
