We are currently connecting with Dispatchers and Public Safety Support Professionals in Heflin, Louisiana, and the surrounding 10-mile areas for upcoming opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening — we are building a pre-screened candidate pool for future client and contract needs.

Preferred qualifications:

Dispatch, emergency response, or call center experience

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Ability to stay calm under pressure

Experience handling high-volume calls

Familiarity with CAD systems or public safety software is a plus

Open to various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
