What could you be doing?

As a Caregiver Recruitment Coordinator, you may support home care organisations with their end-to-end caregiver recruitment process, helping them attract, screen and onboard dependable caregivers.

Responsibilities may include:

• Posting and managing caregiver job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
  

• Reviewing applications and identifying suitable caregiver candidates.
  

• Conducting candidate screening calls and initial interviews.
  

• Managing recruitment pipelines and maintaining accurate candidate records.
  

• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and operational teams.
  

• Following up with candidates and keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  

• Supporting pre-employment checks, documentation and onboarding requirements.
  

• Tracking outstanding candidate requirements and following up on completion.
  

• Providing regular recruitment updates and identifying pipeline challenges.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing or candidate coordination.
  

• Experience conducting candidate screening calls and interviews.
  

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  

• Ability to manage multiple candidates, vacancies, interviews and follow-ups simultaneously.
  

• Strong attention to detail and accurate recruitment record keeping.
  

• Proactive approach to candidate engagement and recruitment pipeline management.
  

• Confidence using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards and digital recruitment platforms.
  

• Experience in home care, healthcare, caregiver recruitment or high-volume recruitment would be advantageous.
  

• Reliable computer equipment and stable internet connectivity suitable for remote work.
  

• Availability to work schedules aligned with US or Canadian business hours, depending on client requirements.
