RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in healthcare recruitment for domestic and overseas candidates across hospitals, nursing homes, home care, and community care.

We are hiring Staff Nurses for a leading nursing home in Kildare, Ireland.

Candidates currently holding Stamp 1 permission are eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care and implement individualised care plans based on residents' assessed needs.

  • Review and update care plans regularly to ensure they remain appropriate and effective.

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to nursing and care staff as required.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with NMBI standards and professional requirements.

  • Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care at all times.

  • Support the daily administration and smooth operation of the nursing home in line with the National Standards for Residential Care Settings for Older People.

  • Represent the nursing home professionally and always act in the best interests of residents and the facility.

  • Demonstrate self-motivation and work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and improve care practices.

  • Take initiative in identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and resident outcomes.

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude towards change and contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursing home.



Requirements



  • Registered with NMBI
  • Must have Irish nursing experience.
  • Candidates currently holding Stamp 1 permission are eligible to apply.

  • Minimum 3-4 years working in a Nursing Home setting is essential
  • Be eligible to work in Ireland
  • Experience working in a Nursing Home or Older Person setting desirable
