C&D General Contractors is looking for motivated Full Cycle Sales Professionals to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll take ownership of the entire sales process—from the first conversation with a homeowner to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing the deal.

About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you'll represent C&D General Contractors directly in the field. You'll meet with homeowners, learn about their needs, present our services, and help customers make informed decisions about their construction projects.

You'll have the independence to manage your territory and daily activities while building a strong pipeline and working toward your sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with homeowners through face-to-face, in-person outreach.

• Build rapport and establish trust from the first conversation.

• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and project goals.

• Present C&D General Contractors' services and solutions clearly and confidently.

• Tailor your recommendations to each customer's needs.

• Address questions and objections professionally.

• Negotiate terms and guide customers toward a confident purchase decision.

• Manage the sales process from initial contact through signed agreement.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers.

• Manage your territory, schedule, and daily sales activities independently.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude through challenges and rejection.

Earning Potential

$75,000–$350,000 Annual Earning Potential

We offer a base salary plus commission structure designed to reward strong sales performance.

Experienced sales professionals can earn $75,000–$350,000 annually, based on individual performance.

Your ability to build relationships, create value, and close business can directly impact your earning potential.

• Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
