Brand Associate

We are seeking a motivated and personable Brand Associate to support ongoing brand initiatives and customer engagement activities. This position focuses on introducing customers to products and services, communicating key brand information, and assisting with the delivery of promotional campaigns.

The Brand Associate will work with team members to ensure customers receive clear and accurate information while maintaining a professional representation of the brands we support. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who is organized, approachable, and comfortable learning about different products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers about featured products, services, and brand offerings.
• Provide accurate information and answer general questions about available options.
• Support scheduled brand campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with presenting products and marketing materials in an organized and professional manner.
• Learn key information about assigned brands and communicate relevant details to customers.
• Support customer engagement efforts throughout scheduled campaign activities.
• Assist with maintaining promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources.
• Listen to customer questions and provide appropriate information or assistance.
• Share customer feedback and observations with team members.
• Follow established brand guidelines and campaign procedures.
• Coordinate with colleagues to complete assigned daily activities.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
• Participate in product briefings and scheduled team meetings.
• Complete additional brand and customer-related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of experience in marketing, retail, customer service, communications, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable learning and discussing different products and services.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Comfortable working in an active, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and communicate information accurately.

• Previous customer-facing or brand-related experience is beneficial but not required.
