Senior Manager Finance - Hightech Solutions

Our client Hightech Solutions is hiring a Senior Manager Finance in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Develop financial strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accurate and complete documentation.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial efficiencies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, including board members and executives.
- Manage relationships with external financial institutions and auditors.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role for 6-10 years.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Experience with financial management software and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or CPA is a plus.
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA/CPA) is preferred.
- Proven track record of effectively managing a finance team.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
