Business Research Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Market Researcher to identify new business

opportunities, potential clients, and property listings. The ideal candidate will play a key role in

supporting sales growth by conducting market research, analyzing trends, and building strong client

networks.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and research new properties and potential clients for business expansion

Conduct market surveys to understand industry trends and competitor activities

Generate leads and maintain an updated database of prospects

Coordinate with the sales team to support business development strategies

Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and clients

Prepare reports on market findings and business opportunities

Visit field locations when required for data collection and verification

Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or research (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Basic knowledge of the hospitality sector market (preferred)

Good reporting and analytical skills

Proficiency in MS Office
