Business Continuity, Resilience & Contingency Planning Consultant

We are looking to engage an experienced BCM Consultant to provide hands-on support to our organization with specific focus in working closely with our customer relevant business teams to strengthen their organizational resilience.

A key responsibility will be to review, challenge and provide guidance on business workarounds and contingency procedures, ensuring that they are practical, sufficiently detailed, aligned with BIA’s and capable to cover the identified risks and impacts in case of disruption.

The consultant will support the design and facilitation of tabletop exercises and testing strategies to validate contingency procedures, identify gaps and be able to identify improvement opportunities and provide clear, actionable written feedback to business stakeholders.

Given the volume of the information involved, the project requires a highly structured approach to planning, organization, documentation, tracking, and archiving to ensure full traceability and effective delivery.

Objective: Within the agreed timeframe, present a concept/design, complete the review, as well as the tabletop testing of the resilience and contingency measures of the High (H) and Very High (VH) critical activities listed in the business relevant BIA’s, this in collaboration with the BCM and business teams. Provide proof of completion, identified gaps and required improvements.
