Compliance Associate

THE OPPORTUNITY

Support the compliance function by helping ensure regulatory activities are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with applicable legislation and requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Draft, review and update compliance policies, procedures, risk assessments and templates.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and registers for audits, inspections and internal reviews.
• Assist with audit reporting, compliance projects and remediation of identified gaps.
• Capture and review commission lodgements on Company and Xplan, liaising with the fees department.

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• At least 3 years’ administrative experience in a FAIS and FICA compliance environment.
• A relevant degree or tertiary qualification in risk, law or compliance; RE5 is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; SharePoint experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, reliability, initiative and sound judgement.

• Hybrid flexibility: work from home one day a week (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) after successful probation.
