What You'll Do:
🖥️ Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure and related services
🔒 Ensure robust system security, backups, and disaster recovery processes
⚙️ Oversee Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 administration
📈 Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
🚀 Lead upgrades, patches, and new technology deployments
📝 Document procedures and provide technical guidance to junior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Windows Server administration, including installation, configuration, hardening, troubleshooting, patch management, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, Exchange Server, Windows Server, WSUS, SCCM, IIS, SharePoint, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration, security, endpoint management, and implementation.
• Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft security best practices, vulnerability/patch management, and security deployment.
• Experience performing system health checks, capacity monitoring, log analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with change management processes and enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal IT teams, users, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Mandatory Certifications

Candidates must hold or be certified in the following Microsoft certifications:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
