Job Purpose

American Lycetuff DNK School System is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to capture and showcase the daily life, achievements, and activities across our campuses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, managing day-to-day content creation, and strengthening the institution's digital presence through engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photographs and videos of campus activities, events, classrooms, and student engagements.
Create engaging short-form video content, including Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok videos, and Stories.
Plan, develop, and execute creative content ideas aligned with the institution's branding and marketing objectives.
Cover daily campus activities, academic events, celebrations, workshops, and special occasions.
Edit photos and videos using professional editing software and mobile applications.
Write compelling captions and coordinate content for publication across social media platforms.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and platform algorithms.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Administration teams for timely coverage of institutional activities.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting schedules.
Ensure all content reflects the organization's brand identity and professional standards.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in social media management, photography, videography, or digital content creation.
Strong photography, mobile videography, and visual storytelling skills.
Experience creating short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Ability to manage multiple projects and travel between Lahore campuses when required.

Qualifications

Intermediate or Bachelor's degree

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
Basic knowledge of social media scheduling and content management tools.
Understanding of content creation, reels, and social media best practices.
