Overview

We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions.

This is a full-time, in-office position designed for individuals who excel in relationship-building, enjoy consultative selling, and are driven by uncapped income potential. You will work directly from our office and collaborate with the team to build your sales pipeline and grow your client base.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach

• Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ financial protection goals

• Present and recommend appropriate insurance products

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews

• Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

• Work in-office during your scheduled hours and collaborate with the sales team

What We’re Looking For

• Active insurance license (P&C or Life & Health accepted)

• 2+ years of previous sales experience required

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset

• Ability to build trust and explain complex products in simple terms

• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills

• Ability and willingness to work in-office at the designated location

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales

• Proven success in commission-based or quota-driven environments
