REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Obstetrics: Low risk, High risk, FHR Interpretation (NST / CST / FSE)
  
• Labor & Delivery: Routine delivery (Vaginal, low forceps, decision making for C-section), Complicated delivery (C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, etc.), VBAC's, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
  
• Gynecology: Surgery gynecology - open (operative / major - includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's
  
• Other: Suction D&C, Management of cesarean complications to include hysterectomy
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC in OB/GYN
  
• Licenses: Active CO License or Universal License (IMLC)
  
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
  
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP
  
• Experience: Completion of OB/GYN Residency
  
• Other Qualifications: Clean background, Local/drive-in candidates highly preferred
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Cover 3 physicians for primary call coverage for obstetric and gynecologic patients
  
• See and admit antepartum patients
  
• Manage labor and delivery, including performing emergent C-sections and gynecologic surgeries
  
• See gynecology ED consults
  
• Round each day and cover backup call
