This role supports the Branch in payroll processing, billing administration, and contract management. It is responsible for delivering premium, value-added services to candidates and clients while ensuring payroll and billing activities are completed accurately and on time.

📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

⏰ Work Mode: Hybrid

💼 Role: Payroll and Billing Executive (open to fresh grads)

What You'll Do:

📝 Responsible in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing

💳 Accurate and timely statutory submission to CPF, IRAS and relevant authorities

🔎 Prepare monthly payroll reports and other ad-hoc reports when necessary

📈 Prepare billing to clients

🤝 Maintain payroll documentations for audit purposes

📞 Prepare pay and bill hours reconciliation

📝 Filing of form IR21 tax clearance

💳 Generate yearly IR8A

📈 Submit NS claims

📈 Submit insurance claim

What We're Looking For:

✅ Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant education are welcome

✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ Basic understanding of payroll processes is a plus

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

✅ Good communication skills, both written and verbal
