Role Highlights
  • Plays a key role in ensuring students with diverse learning needs are supported to access fully and participate in the curriculum.
  • Leads and supports Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, House Leaders, families, and allied professionals, the role implements targeted, evidence-based strategies to enhance student learning and wellbeing.

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Masters of Teaching / Bachelor of Education / PGCE)
  • VIT registration (or eligibility to gain)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting diverse learners and a strong commitment to inclusive education practices that promote access, participation, and academic growth for all students
  • Tertiary qualifications in intervention are highly regarded
  • Sound understanding of the Victorian Curriculum and the ability to implement contemporary learning support strategies, different
