Estate Planning Paralegal

Our estate planning law firm in Chino Hills, California is seeking an experienced, full-time Estate Planning Paralegal. This is an on-site position — you must come into our Chino Hills office (not remote).

Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys on trusts and estate plans from intake through signing
  • Draft revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney (POAs), and advance healthcare directives
  • Prepare trust funding documents (deeds, assignments, beneficiary designation updates)
  • Conduct client intake and coordinate with clients throughout the process

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in estate planning
  • Proficient with technology; must be willing to use and adapt AI tools in the practice
  • Must work in-office at our Chino Hills, California location
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
