Business Analyst

• Requirement Gathering: Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and identify functional and non-functional needs.
  
• Business Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, assess business challenges, and recommend suitable solutions.
  
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, process flows, and other project documentation.
  
• Requirement Translation: Convert business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable technical specifications for development and technology teams.
  
• Client Proposals: Support the preparation of client proposals, solution documents, scope definitions, and requirement-based presentations in collaboration with the Business Development team.
  
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Business Development, Project Management, Design, and Technology teams to ensure alignment on project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  
• Project Execution Support: Track requirements, monitor changes, maintain requirement traceability, and support project teams throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Conduct requirement discussions, clarification sessions, and review meetings to ensure a common understanding of business needs and expected outcomes.
  
• Solution Validation: Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validate deliverables against approved requirements, and assist in resolving functional gaps.
  
• Reporting and Tracking: Maintain requirement logs, action items, project documentation, and status updates to support timely and effective project delivery.
  

Requirements

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BBA, or equivalent.
  

• Strong skills in requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, and process mapping.
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
  

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on client-facing projects and solution proposals.
  
• Familiarity with wireframing, workflow diagrams, and process modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
  
• Understanding of API integrations, system workflows, and basic technical architecture.
  
• Exposure to user acceptance testing, requirement traceability, and change management processes.
