Job Description – Corporate Relationship -Assistant Manager (Training & Placement)

Location: Delhi

Work Mode: Work from Delhi; occasional travel to main campus as required
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Develop corporate tie‑ups and ensure placement opportunities for engineering students.
Coordinate with companies for campus drives and recruitment processes.
Organize training programs to enhance student employability.
Prepare placement statistics and submit reports to management.
Ensure smooth coordination between students, faculty, and recruiters.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, or related field.
Mandatory: Prior experience in Training & Placement at an Engineering College/Institute.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
