Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Solar Installer to join our IT Services division, where you will play a pivotal role in the successful deployment and maintenance of renewable energy solutions. This position is essential for ensuring the efficient design, installation, and commissioning of solar power systems, ranging from rooftop setups to grid-connected projects. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in electrical systems and a hands-on approach to executing site-specific solar projects, contributing directly to our commitment to sustainable energy practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive site surveys and precise measurements to determine optimal placement for solar equipment.
  
• Execute cable routing strategies that adhere to safety standards and project specifications.
  
• Perform installation and maintenance tasks involving High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) panels, as well as transformers.
  
• Interpret and apply Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs) and detailed electrical drawings to guide installation processes.
  
• Manage the end-to-end process of net metering setup and integration for solar systems.
  
• Monitor system performance continuously to ensure optimal energy generation and identify any operational issues.
  
• Oversee the physical installation of Solar PV modules and complete rooftop solar configurations.
  
• Lead the final commissioning phase of solar systems to ensure they are fully operational and compliant with regulations.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2.5 years of professional experience in the solar or electrical installation sector.
  
• Proven proficiency in conducting site surveys and taking accurate measurements.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of cable routing, HT/LT panels, and transformers.
  
• Ability to read and utilize Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs) and electrical drawings effectively.
  
• Hands-on experience with net metering procedures and system performance monitoring tools.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in Solar PV and rooftop solar installation techniques.
  
• Capability to manage solar system commissioning from start to finish.
