What You'll Do:

🔧 Provide first-level support for SWIFT applications and resolve incidents promptly

📈 Monitor application performance and ensure system availability

🛠️ Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patch management

📋 Document issues, resolutions, and technical procedures

🤝 Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for escalations

🚨 Participate in on-call rotation to handle urgent production issues

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in application maintenance or production support (SWIFT experience preferred)

✅ Familiarity with SWIFT messaging systems and related protocols

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

✅ Good communication skills (verbal & written)

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Willingness to work from office in Kuala Lumpur
