Role Summary

We are looking for a Content QC Specialist to review website content, blogs, landing pages, and social media content before publication. The role will ensure accuracy, compliance, brand consistency, grammar, formatting, and SEO quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Review website, blog, landing page, and social media content for accuracy, grammar, consistency, and compliance.
  
• Perform on-page SEO checks including keywords, meta tags, headings, internal links, and alt text.
  
• Ensure content follows brand, style, terminology, and formatting guidelines.
  
• Verify data, claims, statistics, disclaimers, and industry-specific information.
  
• Conduct plagiarism and AI-content checks before publishing.
  
• Coordinate with Content, SEO, Design, and Web teams to resolve issues.
  

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Content Editing, Proofreading, or Content QC.
  
• Excellent English grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
  
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO.
  
• High attention to detail and checklist-based working.
  
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and CAN-SPAM.
  
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with WordPress/HubSpot.
  
• B2B/SaaS or data-services experience.
  
• Knowledge of E-E-A-T and featured snippets.
