Requirements

* 10–15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
* Experience building/scaling hiring in a high-growth or startup environment
* Strong leadership hiring experience
* Proven ability to partner closely with CXOs
* Strong hands-on execution and ability to close critical talent
* Immediate joiners preferred
