Position Title: Bookkeeper

Salary: up to 8,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations across multiple regions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company procedures.
• Support audits, financial reporting, and provide accurate financial information to management.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, banks, and internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Expert Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) with Strong reconciliation, invoicing, analytical, and organizational skills; with experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• BACKGROUND must be coming from Industrial, logistics, shipping, multinational companies so they are familiar with processes, different countries tax laws, and etc.
