American Impact and Energy is seeking a motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, laying the groundwork for successful sales engagements.

Role Overview:

As an Appointment Setter at American Impact and Energy, you will be instrumental in driving our sales pipeline by conducting proactive outreach to identify and qualify leads within the building and construction industry. Your primary focus will be on engaging prospects over the phone, assessing their needs and interest, and skillfully scheduling appointments for our closing team. This is an in-office, full-time position designed for individuals who thrive on top-of-funnel prospecting and lead generation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the building and construction sector.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and identify potential interest in our services.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of American Impact and Energy.
• Effectively qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Schedule appointments for our sales closers, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach activities and lead information in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive compensation structure with a base salary plus commission. Expected monthly earnings range from $4,000 to $10,000 USD, reflecting your performance and success in setting qualified appointments.

Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.
• Self-motivation and the drive to achieve performance targets.
• Comfortable using various communication tools, including phone and CRM software.
