Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We support healthcare organizations and government agencies by connecting them with qualified professionals who help manage projects, improve processes, and deliver results.

Preferred experience:

-Managing projects from planning to completion

-Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets

-Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders

-Monitoring project progress, risks, and deliverables

-Preparing project reports and status updates

-Supporting process improvement and change management

-Experience working with healthcare organizations or government agencies

Preferred skills:

-Strong organizational and communication skills

-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

-Experience with project management tools and reporting systems

-Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
