We are looking for an experienced SAP HR & Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with extensive experience in SAP HCM/HR and Payroll. The role will involve configuration, production support, enhancements, issue resolution, integrations, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

📍 Location: Taguig City, Philippines

⏰ Work Mode: Work from Office

💼 Role: SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

What You'll Do:

• Configure and support SAP HCM/HR and Payroll processes.
• Analyze and resolve functional and technical production issues.
• Work on Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management.
• Develop and support interfaces, integrations, and enhancements in collaboration with technical teams.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Perform testing, defect resolution, root-cause analysis, and documentation.
• Coordinate with business users and offshore/onshore teams for timely issue resolution.

What We're Looking For:

✅ 5+ years of SAP HCM/HR & Payroll experience.

✅ Strong hands-on experience in SAP Payroll configuration and support.

✅ Good knowledge of PA, OM, and Time Management.

✅ Understanding of ABAP, interfaces, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.

✅ Experience in incident, problem, change, and enhancement management.

✅ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Willingness to work 5 days from office in US shift.
