What You'll Do:

Lead theSAP development workstream, including RICEFW, extensions, coding standards, code reviews, and quality.Driveclean-core development, leveraging in-app and side-by-side extensibility usingSAP BTP, RAP, and CAP.Lead development acrossABAP/ABAP for HANA, CDS, OData, Fiori/UI5, forms, interfaces, and enhancements.Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and development solutions.Manage developer authorisations, transports, andDevOps/CI-CDin collaboration with Basis and Technical Architecture teams.Ensureunit testing, code security, performance, and development quality.SupportSIT/UAT defect resolutionand technical cutover activities.Lead and manage development teams, including security-cleared resources working in controlled environments

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of SAP Development experience, including5+ years as a Development Lead.At least2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementationswith clean-core extensibility.Strong hands-on experience withABAP, ABAP for HANA/RAP, CDS, OData, and Fiori/UI5.Experience withSAP BTP, CAP/RAP, APIs, integrations, and side-by-side extensibility.Strong understanding ofRICEFW, forms, interfaces, enhancements, and technical development.Experience withcode review, security scanning, transport management, DevOps, and performance tuning.
