Advanced G.P.R. Corporation is hiring experienced Concrete Cutting & Coring Operators to join our growing Arizona field operations team.

We're looking for skilled operators who take pride in their work, understand construction job site safety, and can perform concrete cutting and coring with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time, permanent position — not an entry-level or temporary opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform professional concrete core drilling and cutting on commercial, industrial, and construction projects.
  

• Operate core drilling equipment, wall saws, slab saws, and other concrete cutting tools within your training and qualifications.
  

• Set up, secure, and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  

• Read construction plans, drawings, and job specifications.
  

• Perform accurate measurements, layout, and equipment positioning.
  

• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades.
  

• Identify job site hazards and follow company safety procedures.
  

• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
  

• Complete field documentation, daily reports, and job records.
  

• Travel to project sites throughout Arizona.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven hands-on experience performing concrete core drilling and/or concrete cutting in commercial or industrial construction.
  

• Ability to set up independently and operate concrete coring equipment safely.
  

• Working knowledge of concrete cutting tools, drilling methods, and job site safety.
  

• Ability to read measurements, layouts, and construction drawings.
  

• Experience working on active construction sites.
  

• Ability to handle equipment safely and perform physically demanding fieldwork.
  

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  

• Eligibility to operate company vehicles under commercial auto insurance.
  

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  

• Availability for full-time employment, varying project schedules, and travel throughout Arizona.
  

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Concrete core drilling
  

• Slab sawing and wall sawing
  

• Diamond drilling and cutting equipment
  

• Hydraulic and electric concrete cutting tools
  

• Commercial construction and structural concrete
  

• Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  

• OSHA construction safety practices
  

• Experience working independently and leading field assignments
  

Experienced operators only. Prior concrete coring or cutting experience is required.

Experienced operators can earn additional compensation through qualifying overtime and swing shift hours. Actual earnings depend on schedules and hours worked.

Earn More with Swing Pay!

In addition to your regular $30–$40 hourly rate, Advanced GPR offers an additional 50% swing pay premium on eligible hours worked beyond 8 hours in a day.

Here's what that could look like:

• $30/hr → $45/hr on eligible swing hours
  

• $35/hr → $52.50/hr on eligible swing hours
  

• $40/hr → $60/hr on eligible swing hours
  

More hours, more earning potential! Swing pay is additional compensation for qualifying hours. Actual earnings depend on your work schedule and applicable overtime rules.
