Ivalua Application Support Engineer

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Ivalua Application Support Engineer to lead the delivery of global onsite and offshore support solutions. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Ivalua platform within a complex software architecture. The successful candidate will act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution while managing critical stakeholder relationships and overseeing the full lifecycle of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive application support across L1, L2, and L3 levels, ensuring high availability and rapid resolution of technical issues within the Ivalua ecosystem.
  
• Design and implement robust software architecture and scalable design patterns to enhance system performance and reliability.
  
• Lead global delivery operations, coordinating effectively between onsite and offshore teams to meet service level agreements and project timelines.
  
• Manage client interactions and stakeholder expectations, serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and strategic discussions.
  
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while handling escalations with professionalism to maintain service quality and business continuity.
  
• Drive successful implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) initiatives, ensuring alignment with S2P and P2P business processes.
  
• Utilize deep technical expertise to optimize system configurations and troubleshoot complex integration challenges.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 8 to 15 years of professional experience in IT services, specifically within application support and implementation roles.
  
• Hold a valid Ivalua Delivery/Implementation Certification at L1, L2, or L3 level.
  
• Demonstrate proven expertise in Software Architecture and Design Patterns with a focus on performance tuning and scalability.
  
• Exhibit strong capabilities in managing global onsite-offshore delivery models and cross-functional teams.
  
• Show exceptional skill in Client and Stakeholder Management, including the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  
• Display proficiency in Risk Management and Escalation Management to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  
• Serve as a recognized Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ivalua solutions.
  
• Have hands-on experience with Ivalua Implementation projects and Application Management Services (AMS).
  
• Understand and apply knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
  
• Compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from ₹18 to ₹22 Lakhs per annum.
