Commission-Based Recruitment Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team on a 100% commission-based basis.

Your main responsibility will be to identify, approach, and recruit suitable candidates for our company. You will work independently, manage your own recruitment pipeline, and actively contribute to the growth of our talent pool.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting, social media, networking, sales, and working with people.

Requirements

Your Responsibilities

• Search for and identify potential candidates through social media, job platforms, communities, and other online channels.
• Proactively contact and engage potential candidates.
• Explain the position, requirements, and benefits to interested candidates.
• Pre-screen applicants and identify suitable candidates.
• Maintain and manage your recruitment pipeline.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding where required.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure suitable candidates are successfully onboarded.
• Continuously develop new recruitment strategies and sourcing channels.
• Meet agreed recruitment targets and performance goals.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary.

You will receive approximately €70 for every successfully recruited and onboarded candidate.

Your earning potential is directly linked to your performance.

Example:

• 5 successful recruits = approximately €350
• 10 successful recruits = approximately €700
• 20 successful recruits = approximately €1,400
• 30 successful recruits = approximately €2,100

Additional Commission:

If a recruited employee remains with the company for more than three months, the corresponding recruitment commission will be paid again for one additional month.

There is no fixed maximum earning limit. The more successful candidates you recruit, the more you can earn.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, HR, talent acquisition, or customer acquisition is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence when approaching and communicating with potential candidates.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
• Results-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings.
• Comfortable using social media and online platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
