Ability to evaluate corporate energy requirements and understand load profiles.
Ability to explain technical specifications of Haunch ESS solutions, including peak shaving, load-shedding resistance, emergency backup and micro grids.
Financial and ROI pitching skills: translate technical solutions into clear financial returns for business clients, demonstrating ROI, payback periods and electricity cost savings.
Negotiation and closing: ability to pitch to executive stakeholders, including CFOs, Operations Managers and facility Directors, and close complex sales agreements.
CRM and reporting: experience using CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel for forecasting, and sales pipeline management tools.

Requirements

ACADEMIC AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related technical/commercial field.
A combined technical background, including understanding solar and battery storage systems, and commercial expertise is strongly favoured.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Two to five years of direct sales or business development experience, specifically handling corporate, commercial or industrial clients.
