Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales and client relationships for our Events & Travel business. The role involves lead generation, client handling, sales pitching, event coordination, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in the events and travel sector.
  
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  
• Handle client meetings, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for event and travel requirements.
  
• Support event planning, venue coordination, logistics, and travel arrangements.
  
• Assist with promotional activities, market research, and business development.
  
• Maintain sales records, client data, and regular sales reports.
  
• Resolve client queries and ensure timely service delivery.
  
• Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales activities.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Business Development, Events, Travel, or related fields.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  
• Good coordination and relationship-management skills.
  
• Willingness to travel for client meetings/events when required.
  
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
