The Role in Two Bullet Points

• Build and enhance MPLC's core business applications, primarily within Salesforce, delivering automation, integrations and scalable business solutions.
• Help modernise MPLC's technology platform through well-designed development, APIs, AI-enabled capabilities and strong engineering practices.

• This isn't a role for someone who wants to focus solely on one platform or technology.
• You'll often work from high-level outcomes rather than detailed specifications.
• We're rebuilding key business systems, so you'll help shape future solutions rather than maintain established ones.
• Success requires balancing speed, quality and business value.

Requirements

Reporting to the Head of Business Applications, you'll play a key role in rebuilding MPLC's core CRM and business processes. You'll develop solutions across Salesforce, low-code platforms, integrations and APIs, helping create a simpler and more efficient quote-to-cash journey for a global licensing business.

Working closely with the Data & Systems Architect, operational teams and development partners, you'll build solutions that are documented, tested and deployed through proper controls. You'll also contribute to exposing business capabilities through APIs so both people and AI tools can interact with MPLC's systems effectively.

You'll Love This Role If...

• You have solid Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Flow and Lightning Web Components.

Benefits

• Salary band: £55,000–£90,000 depending on experience.
• Remote Working with occasional travel.
• 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and 10 days’ paid sick leave.
