About the Employer

Our client is an established engineering, construction and operations business delivering transport, building, water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.

The Opportunity

Provide practical engineering support for the manufacture of tunnel segments and road-deck components on a major transport programme.

Your Work

• Resolve design, detailing and manufacturing issues with production, quality and delivery teams.
• Develop constructable, cost-effective solutions and standardise proven precast approaches.
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, budget and schedule requirements.
• Inspect production facilities and completed components for compliance.
• Support heavy-lift and construction interfaces, prioritise resources and identify process improvements.

Requirements

Skills, Education and Requirements

• Civil engineering degree or a related qualification.
• Experience with precast, concrete, structures or major infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret engineering designs and drawings and understand construction processes.
• Practical technical problem-solving, strong communication and supplier coordination.
• A consistent focus on quality, safe work and continuous improvement.
