Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate SEO Intern / Junior SEO Executive who is eager to build a career in Search Engine Optimization and AI-driven digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in SEO fundamentals, content optimization, keyword research, and the latest AI-powered SEO tools. This role offers an opportunity to work on SEO and AI initiatives at Chimera and contribute to the company's digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research using SEO and AI-powered tools.
  
• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines and user experience.
  
• Assist in creating SEO content briefs and collaborate with content writers.
  
• Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to generate ideas, optimize content, and improve workflow while maintaining quality standards.
  

·       Perform on-page SEO activities including:

• o   Meta titles and descriptions
  o   Header tag optimization
  o   Internal linking
  o   Image optimization
  o   URL structure improvements
  
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
  
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for organic growth.
  
• Support technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for issue resolution.
  
• Track keyword rankings and prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports.
  
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google's algorithm updates, AI search developments, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) practices.
  

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and search engine ranking factors.
  
• Knowledge of keyword research and on-page SEO.
  
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
  
• Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and CMS platforms such as WordPress is a plus.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  

AI & Modern SEO Skills (Preferred)

• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot for research and content optimization.
  
• Understanding of AI-assisted content creation and prompt engineering.
  
• Awareness of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search platforms.
  
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, originality, and SEO best practices.
  
• Interest in automation workflows for SEO and marketing.
