Head of Support & Onboarding

We are seeking a Head of Support & Onboarding to lead the client support and onboarding function for a large, regulated financial services group based in Limassol. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end client onboarding process, managing the support team, ensuring regulatory compliance (KYC/AML), and driving service quality across the department. The successful candidate will have strong FX/financial services experience and a track record of managing onboarding or back-office/support teams within a regulated environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00
